Refund policy

Refunds will not be given for personalized items with names, symbols, phrases, etc. Exchanges can be made for items with improper size due to an incorrect measurement; however, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds may be made in rare circumstances on a case by case basis for non-personalized items. Please contact us before returning any items.
